1.The place is just osm and it’s covered by coconut trees. 

entirely and upfront there is a backwater and beach is just 5mins walkway from the stay. The hosts are very helpful and kind, cooked delicious food for us but they had difficult to understand English. 

2.Overall stay was very good but they didn’t clean the room everyday. 

Small suggestion, clean the room once in a day.Well, the hosts are humble, simple helpful fellas. They will serve you with a smile. They will help you if you are lost. 

3.They will give you the tips you need about area. 

they will accommodate any changes you request.The room is spacious, the bathrooms are clean. There is ample car parking(not every homestay so close to the beach can claim this). 

4.The place is less than 5 min walk from beach. 

Please carry a torch with you if you plan to stay back at the beach to watch sunset. We don’t realize sitting at the beach how dark the route back to room becomes.the thotada beach, 

5.where this property is, is pristine. It’s not very crowded. 

I did not find even 10 people on the beach during the couple of hours we spent every morning we were there. There are a few people on the beach in the evening but it is still not very crowded.
